Work adds workflows, Deals, Tasks, custom fields, notes, and related controls to a Floral workspace. The area appears only when the organization has active Work access and your member access includes it.

Workflows and stages

A workflow defines the stages a Deal can move through. Organization or workspace administrators configure the available workflows and their stages in Settings. Use clear stages that reflect a real decision point, not every small action. Tasks are better for the steps that happen inside a stage.

Board and list views

The workflow page offers:
  • a board grouped by stage;
  • a list with configurable columns;
  • filters for fields such as stage and owner;
  • saved views for recurring team perspectives;
  • forecast information when the workflow tracks value.
Moving a Deal to another stage updates the same record. It does not create a copy. Marking it won or lost records an outcome outside the ordinary open stages.

Access and retained data

If Work becomes unavailable, other parts of Floral remain available while Work pages and actions are blocked. Existing Work data is retained for later recovery according to the organization’s subscription state. An organization administrator can review Work access under Plan and billing.
