- Intelligence collects suggestions based on workspace data. You decide whether to apply or dismiss each suggestion.
- Assistants gives you Flora, Poppy, and Penny. They answer questions about the workspace and make permitted changes after your approval.
- Settings holds organization, workspace, and personal controls, including Sources, Assistants, and calendar.
Organizations and workspaces
An organization can have several workspaces. Organization settings apply across the organization. Workspace settings, members, context, and records stay within the selected workspace unless a setting says otherwise. Use the workspace switcher before adding or changing data.
