Skip to main content
The top bar holds the workspace switcher, search, Create, the Assistant, and your profile menu. The left sidebar lists every area directly. Home and Intelligence sit at the top, with less-used pages under More. Relationships groups contacts, briefings, meetings, and summaries. Work groups workflows, Tasks, and Events. A number next to an entry shows what is waiting on you, such as summaries to approve. A red number on Tasks counts your overdue tasks.

Pinned and recent

Recent lists the last companies, people, meetings, summaries, briefings, events, and workflows you opened. Point at an item and select the pin to keep it under Pinned, together with any pinned Work views. Point at a pinned item to unpin it. Pins and recents are saved in your browser, so they don’t follow you to another device.

Switch workspace

Select the workspace name in the top-left corner, then choose another workspace. Search, records, settings, and Assistant answers use the workspace you select. Check the workspace name before you create or import records. A record does not move automatically if it was added to the wrong workspace.

Search the workspace

Select the search field at the top of the page, or press Command-K or Control-K. The search field shows ⌘K. The dialog title is Search the workspace. Enter at least three characters. Search can return the record types you are allowed to see:
  • companies and people;
  • briefings and summaries;
  • Deals and Tasks when Work is available.
Names, relevant text, and available tags can match. Select a result to open it.

When something is missing

If an area does not appear, first confirm the active workspace. Then ask an administrator whether the feature is enabled for the workspace and whether your member access includes it.
