Integrations connect Floral to the systems your team already uses. A CRM connection lets Floral use your customer history when it prepares briefings, and it saves approved meeting minutes on the right company in your CRM. Nobody has to copy anything across by hand. Each guide explains what the integration does and walks you through the setup one step at a time. You do not need technical experience, but you need to be an organization administrator in Floral.

CRM integrations

webCRM

Use webCRM history in briefings and save meeting minutes and briefings as activities.

Pipedrive

Sign in with Pipedrive and save meeting minutes as activities or deals.

Knack

Save meeting minutes and briefings in your own Knack app. Currently in beta.

ClubCore

Use member history in briefings and save meeting minutes and briefings as activities.
A workspace connects to one CRM at a time. If you connect a different CRM, it replaces the current connection, and Floral forgets which CRM record each company was linked to. Floral finds the companies again in the new CRM the next time it needs them.

Build your own

Public API

Let your developers connect any system to Floral through the stable HTTP API.

MCP

Use Floral from Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or another AI client.

Request an integration

Is the system you use missing? Write to support@floral.so and tell us:
  • which system you want to connect,
  • what you want Floral to read from it or send to it,
  • how many people in your organization would use it.
We read every request, and they help us decide what to build next.
Never send passwords, API keys, or tokens by email. Enter them only in the setup form in Floral.

Before you connect a CRM

1

Check your access

Only an organization administrator can set up, change, or disconnect a CRM connection. Ask an administrator if you cannot save the settings.
2

Find the CRM settings

In Floral, open Settings > CRM connections. You can also open Settings > Sources and choose the CRM-forbindelser tab. Select the CRM you want to connect.
3

Follow the guide for your CRM

Each guide lists what to prepare in your CRM before you start, such as an access key or the name of a field.
4

Test with one meeting

Approve the minutes from one known customer meeting and check that they arrive on the right company in your CRM before the whole team relies on the connection.

Connection status

The CRM settings page shows the status of each CRM: Some CRM settings screens still show Danish labels when your account language is English. The guides quote the labels exactly as you see them.
