Open a record from Contacts or workspace search. The profile groups stable details with the workspace’s own relationship history.

Create a company

1

Open Contacts

Choose New company from Contacts or the create menu. The form says Look up a CVR to fill the form, or enter the details yourself. Review before you save.
2

Search the company registry

Use CVR or company name. Enter an 8-digit CVR or at least 3 characters of the company name. Floral searches the workspace first, then the official Danish CVR register.
3

Choose a result

Matches already in the workspace appear under In this workspace. Registry matches appear under CVR register. A complete company name ranks above a partial prefix. Select the correct result, or enter the company manually when the venture is not registered yet or registry data is not relevant. The CVR is optional. The registry only covers Danish companies, so enter a company from another country manually and set its Country.
4

Review the details

Confirm the name and any filled profile fields, then save the company in the active workspace. A company marked Marketing protection has opted out of marketing in CVR. Do not send unsolicited sales outreach. Current management roles from CVR can be created as linked people when Floral lists them.
If the CVR already belongs to a company in the workspace, Floral shows Company already exists and can open that record instead of creating a duplicate. On an existing company, Fill from CVR refreshes public details from the official register.

Attach a CVR later

A company created without a CVR shows Attach CVR where its registry details would be. Search the registry and select the company to attach its CVR. Floral then fetches the registry details and keeps them up to date from that point on. If another active company already uses that CVR, Floral points you to that company instead of moving the number.

Create a person

Choose New person, add the person’s name and any known contact details, then select their company if applicable. You can change the company link later.

Profile sections

Depending on access and available data, a record can show:
  • profile and contact details;
  • linked people or company;
  • relationships to other companies;
  • meetings, briefings, and summaries;
  • notes and activity;
  • owners, tags, lifecycle, metadata, and custom fields;
  • related Deals and Tasks when Work is available.
A company also lists meetings that are linked only to one of its people and to no company. Those rows show which person they came through, so a meeting held with a founder still appears on the company record. Use the activity timeline to understand what changed and when. Use notes for information that should remain attached to the record but is not a structured field.
