Create a useful Task
Use a short action title that states what must happen. Add a due date, assignee, priority, and linked Deal when they are known. Put supporting detail in the description rather than the title. Create a Task from the workspace Task list when it is general work. Create it from a Deal or record when that relationship is important to the person doing the work.Work the list
Use filters and sorting to focus on due, assigned, open, or completed work. Completing a Task preserves it in the history. Reopen it if the same action becomes outstanding again. Do not create a second Task merely because the first one is hard to find. Search completed and open items first, then update or reopen the existing Task when it represents the same work.A meeting summary can describe next steps without assigning them correctly. Review the generated follow-up and create or adjust Tasks with the right owner and deadline.
