An organization owns its workspaces, plan, billing profile, shared branding, and organization-wide settings. A workspace owns its member context and day-to-day records.

Organization settings

Organization administrators can manage the organization name, billing address and tax details, plan and billing, shared feature access, organization context, and branding. Use the organization profile for legal and billing details. Changing a display name does not move records between organizations.

Workspace settings

Workspace administrators can manage the workspace name, members, workspace context, Assistants, supported connections, and settings for the features available in that workspace. Keep separate workspaces for teams or data boundaries that should not share ordinary records. Do not create another workspace only to get a different saved view or workflow.

Plan and billing

Plan and billing is visible to organization administrators. It shows the Floral subscription, Work subscription when present, number of members, usage, invoices, trial or payment state, and buttons for supported payment and subscription changes. Only an organization administrator can start, restore, or manage a subscription. Work is a separate add-on. If Work access ends, the rest of Floral can remain available while Work areas are gated and their data is retained. Billing states can take a short time to update after checkout or payment. Return to the billing page and use the recovery action shown there if the live subscription exists but access has not been restored.
