Settings are divided by who they affect:
  • Organization settings apply across the organization and normally require an organization administrator.
  • Workspace settings apply to the active workspace and normally require a workspace administrator.
  • Personal settings affect only your account.
The sidebar hides controls you cannot manage. It can also hide settings for features that are not available.

Add a Source

Sources give briefings, summaries, the Assistant, and other knowledge features material that belongs to your organization. An administrator can add:
  • a single web page or a whole website;
  • a PDF, DOCX, or XLSX file up to 25 MB;
  • pasted text up to 2 MB.
1

Open Sources

In Settings, open Sources and stay on Knowledge sources.
2

Choose the source type

Add a name and optional description, then enter the URL, upload the file, or paste the text.
3

Set visibility

Choose the active workspace or the whole organization. Organization visibility is available to organization administrators.
4

Add tags and save

Use tags to help Floral find the source for the right subject. Wait for the status to show that indexing completed.
You can filter Sources by visibility, type, and tag. Open a Source to review its details. An administrator can refresh supported web content or remove a Source that should no longer be used.
Add only information your organization is allowed to store and use. Visibility controls where a Source is available. It does not confirm that you have permission to upload the content.
