Context explains how your team works. Tags classify records and knowledge. Branding changes the organization’s visual identity in supported parts of Floral.

Organization and workspace context

Organization context applies across the organization. Workspace context adds instructions and background for one workspace. Write durable facts and working rules that help a colleague make a decision. Include approved terminology, audience, goals, and constraints. Remove seasonal or completed instructions instead of letting the page become a history log. Context can guide briefings, summaries, Intelligence, and the Assistant, but it does not override member access or approval rules.

Tags and taxonomy

Organization administrators maintain the shared tag taxonomy. Members apply available tags to companies, people, meeting material, Sources, and supported Work records. Use one tag for one stable concept. Before adding a tag, search for an existing equivalent. Rename a tag when the concept is still the same; create a new tag when it is genuinely different.

Branding

Organization administrators can set the organization logo and supported colors. Use an approved logo with enough contrast in both light and dark contexts. Branding does not change the Floral product name or the legal organization details used for billing.
