Open Settings > Account > Floral in other apps in the workspace you want to use. This page shows how to connect a supported app, which apps have your permission, and your personal access keys. These connections act as you in the selected workspace. Your colleagues do not receive access through your connection.

Connect an app

1

Choose your app

Follow its instructions under Connect a client. Copy the server address shown on the page if the app asks for it.
2

Sign in to Floral

In the browser window, check your account, organization, and workspace. Choose the workspace you intended to connect.
3

Review access

Read what the app can read and change before you approve. Return to the app to use Floral.
The connection appears under OAuth connections. Its Access column shows Read only or Read and write. Reconnect an older read-only connection if you want to review and grant write access.
Apps with write access can change Floral data within your current permissions. The other app controls its confirmation steps. Use an app you trust and check its proposed changes before approving them.
If Floral says an administrator must enable assistants, ask a workspace administrator to review Settings > Workspace > General.

Create a personal access key

Use a key when your app asks for one instead of opening a Floral sign-in window.
  1. Under Personal access keys, select New key.
  2. Give the key a recognizable name, choose the access it needs, and set its expiry.
  3. Create the key and copy it into the app’s credential settings. Floral shows the full key once.
Keep the key private. Create a separate key for each app so you can revoke its access individually. See MCP client setup for technical configuration.

Disconnect an app or revoke a key

Return to Floral in other apps in the same workspace. Under OAuth connections, disconnect the relevant app. Under Personal access keys, revoke the relevant key. This stops that connection’s future access. It does not undo changes the app already made. If you connected the app more than once, check its other connections and keys too.

Find iMessage, Slack, and Teams

  • Your iMessage connection opens your personal iMessage setup when it is available for your organization.
  • Organization administrators manage Slack and Teams apps under Settings > Organization > Slack & Teams. See Slack setup and Teams setup.
  • To let Floral’s assistants use your Gmail, Linear, or another account, open Connected apps.
