Select your profile picture in the top-right corner to manage settings that belong to you rather than the workspace.
Personal settings
From your profile and personal settings, you can:
- review your signed-in account;
- choose English or Danish;
- connect Calendar integration when the meeting feature is available;
- sign out.
Calendar integration is also listed under Settings in the User group. That page is titled Kalender. Use Invitation via e-mail there when a meeting should be registered without connecting Google or Outlook. See Meetings and calendar.
Your language choice follows your account across the web and mobile apps. It does not change the language other members use.
Get help
Select the question mark at the bottom of the sidebar, next to Settings. The support dialog offers the options available to your workspace:
- ask the Floral Assistant a question;
- open these docs;
- email
support@floral.so.
The Assistant is best for questions about how Floral works or for questions that depend on your workspace data. Use email when you cannot sign in, need help with access, or need a person to investigate an account issue.
Include the workspace name, what you expected, and what happened when you contact support. Do not send access tokens or other secrets.
