Open the profile menu at the bottom of the sidebar to manage settings that belong to you rather than the workspace.
Personal settings
From your profile and personal settings, you can:
- review your signed-in account;
- choose English or Danish;
- connect your calendar when the meeting feature is available;
- sign out.
Your language choice follows your account across the web and mobile apps. It does not change the language other members use.
Get help
Select Support in the sidebar. The support dialog offers the options available to your workspace:
- ask the Floral Assistant a question;
- open these docs;
- email
support@floral.so.
The Assistant is best for questions about how Floral works or for questions that depend on your workspace data. Use email when you cannot sign in, need help with access, or need a person to investigate an account issue.
Include the workspace name, what you expected, and what happened when you contact support. Do not send access tokens or other secrets.
