The mobile app uses the same organizations, workspaces, member access, and language choice as the web app.

Available areas

  • Home shows today’s next meeting, commitments, and follow-up suggestions.
  • Relationships shows recent companies and people, meetings, briefings, and summaries that you can access.
  • Record captures meeting audio when the meeting feature is available.

Record a meeting

1

Open Record

Allow microphone access when your phone asks for it.
2

Start the recording

You can pause and resume the same recording. Navigation stays locked while recording so the capture is not interrupted.
3

Review and upload

Stop the recording, optionally link a company, then save and upload it. If Upload recordings automatically is on in Settings, stopping uploads the recording immediately. Pause instead if you want to link a company before uploading. Keep the app open while the upload completes.
4

Retry if needed

If an upload fails and the recording is still stored on the device, use the retry action instead of recording the meeting again.
The recording becomes meeting material in the selected workspace after upload and processing. See Record and transcribe meetings for the full meeting flow.

Recover an interrupted recording

A recording stops after 3 hours. Upload the saved recording before starting another one. If Floral closes unexpectedly, reopen it with the same account and workspace. The app can recover audio that remains on the device. Review a recovered recording after upload because its final seconds may be missing. If your sign-in expires during a meeting, the recording keeps running. Sign in again on the screen that appears, and the recording is waiting on the Record tab. A recording that was cut off before the app could finish the file is repaired automatically during upload; check the transcript afterwards. The recording list can also show Available to recover for audio from this installation that has no linked account. Select it and confirm the workspace before recovering it. With automatic uploads enabled, a saved or recovered recording can upload as soon as it is ready. Keep the app installed and its local data intact until upload is confirmed. Starting a new recording can require deleting the saved take. Signing out can also ask you to discard pending audio. Cancel that action if you still need the recording. If Floral says the upload completed but local cleanup failed, use the cleanup action. Uploading the same audio again can create a duplicate.
