A summary turns a recording or meeting input into a structured record of what was discussed, agreed, and assigned.

Review a draft

1

Confirm the meeting

Check the title, date, attendees, calendar event, and company. Link the correct company before approval when it is missing.
2

Edit the content

Review the overview, discussed topics, agreements, next steps, tags, and internal notes. Remove statements that the meeting does not support.
3

Check responsibilities

Confirm names, owners, and deadlines. The summary can suggest work, but your team remains responsible for assigning it correctly.
4

Approve

The summary owner approves the current version. Approval marks it as reviewed and can start configured follow-up such as a CRM sync.
Only the current owner can approve a summary when owner approval is required. Another member can read it but may need the owner to finish the review. When Work is available, connect the summary or meeting to the Deal it concerns. This keeps meeting evidence visible from the Deal without copying it into a note. Choose an existing Deal in the same workspace. If the Deal does not exist, create it in the correct workflow first. Removing the link later does not delete the summary or Deal.
