Intelligence turns relevant workspace activity into suggestions. A suggestion can point out a possible record change or follow-up. It does not change your data until an authorized member applies it.

Review a suggestion

Open Intelligence and select a suggestion. Read the proposed change, the record it affects, and the available evidence. You can:
  • edit the suggestion when the proposed value needs correction;
  • apply it to make the described change;
  • dismiss it when it is not useful or is based on the wrong context.
Applying a suggestion uses your current workspace access. If you cannot make the same change directly, the suggestion cannot bypass that restriction.

Decide with evidence

Check names, dates, amounts, owners, and lifecycle changes before applying them. A meeting can contain a proposal or open question that should not be recorded as a final decision. Dismissed suggestions leave the underlying records unchanged. Applied and dismissed actions are recorded so the team can understand what happened.
