# What you can do in Floral

> A practical map of Floral's current product areas and how they fit together.

Floral keeps relationship data, meeting knowledge, follow-up work, and team context in one workspace.

## Product areas

* **Home** shows your current workspace, recent activity, and items that need attention.
* **Relationships** contains contacts, companies, people, meetings, briefings, and summaries.
* **Work** contains workflows, Deals, and Tasks. It appears when your organization has Work and you have access.
* **Intelligence** collects suggestions based on workspace data. You decide whether to apply or dismiss each suggestion.
* **Assistant** answers questions about the workspace and can take permitted actions after any required approval.

Your sidebar may contain fewer areas. Feature access, workspace settings, and the organization's plan determine what you can open.

## Organizations and workspaces

An organization can have several workspaces. Organization settings apply across the organization. Workspace settings, members, context, and records stay within the selected workspace unless a setting says otherwise.

Use the workspace switcher before adding or changing data. The active workspace controls what you see and where new records are saved.
