# Use the mobile app

> Use Floral on iOS or Android for relationships, meetings, recording, Work links, and the Assistant.

The mobile app uses the same organizations, workspaces, member access, and language choice as the web app.

## Available areas

* **Home** shows workspace activity and shortcuts.
* **Relationships** shows recent companies and people, meetings, briefings, and summaries that you can access.
* **Record** captures meeting audio when the meeting feature is available.
* **Work** opens workflows and Tasks in the web app when Work is available.
* **Assistant** gives you a dedicated workspace conversation and conversation history.

Use **Settings** to switch workspace, change language or theme, share diagnostics with support, sign out, or delete your account.

## Record a meeting

    Allow microphone access when your phone asks for it.

  <Step title="Start the recording">
    You can pause and resume the same recording. Navigation stays locked while recording so the capture is not interrupted.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review and upload">
    Stop the recording, optionally link a company, then save and upload it. Keep the app open while the upload completes.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Retry if needed">
    If an upload fails and the recording is still stored on the device, use the retry action instead of recording the meeting again.
  </Step>
