# Connect an external CRM

> Understand supported CRM connections, their scope, and how to check synchronization.

CRM connections bring supported external relationship data into Floral or send approved meeting follow-up to the configured system. Current connection options are shown under **Settings > Sources > CRM integrations**.

Floral currently includes configuration screens for Pipedrive, webCRM, Knack, and Clubcore. Availability and direction of synchronization can differ by provider and organization setup.

## Connect a provider

    Use an external account and credentials that the organization has approved for this connection.

  <Step title="Open CRM integrations">
    Select the provider and enter the fields requested by Floral. Only administrators can manage the connection.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Test the connection">
    Save the configuration and check the status shown for the provider.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review imported or synced data">
    Check a small, known set of records before relying on the connection for normal work.
  </Step>

A connection does not grant a member more Floral access. Imported records still use workspace membership, feature access, and Work rules.

  Do not paste CRM credentials into notes, Sources, chat, or support messages. Store them only in the provider setup form intended for secrets.
