# Uniconta

> Connect a Uniconta company to Floral with a dedicated server user.

Connect Uniconta so Floral can work with accounting data from one Uniconta company. A workspace connects to one Uniconta company at a time.

<Note>
  This release verifies and stores the connection. Sync and assistant access arrive in later releases, and the connection page shows **Sync activity appears here once sync is enabled.** until then.
</Note>

## Before you start

You need workspace administrator access in Floral, and the following in Uniconta:

* A Uniconta subscription with at least one normal user.
* The **Serverlogin** add-on, about 119 kr. per month excl. VAT, billed by Uniconta.
* A server user created for Floral. It can't be the company owner and can't use two-factor authentication.

A trial company works for evaluation only.

## Connect Uniconta

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Uniconta">
    In Floral, open **Settings > Integrations**, choose the **Accounting** category, and select **Connect** on the **Uniconta** tile.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check the prerequisites">
    The first step lists what Uniconta needs. Select **Continue to sign-in** when the server user is ready.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in with the server user">
    Enter the server user's **Username** and **Password**, then select **Find companies**. Floral checks the login with Uniconta and lists the companies the user can reach. Floral stores the login encrypted and never shows the password again.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose the company">
    Select the company to connect. When the user reaches only one company, it is already selected. Select **Connect**. Floral opens the Uniconta connection page.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Check the connection

The connection page shows the company name, the Uniconta company ID, the currency, who connected it and when, when Floral last checked the login, and the status: **Connected**, **Needs attention**, or **Disconnected**. If the status needs attention, the last error from Uniconta appears under **Last error**.

## Reconnect or disconnect

| Task | What to do |
| - | - |
| The password changed or the status needs attention | Select **Reconnect**, sign in with the server user's current login, and choose the same company. Floral refuses a different company; disconnect first to switch companies. |
| Stop using Uniconta | Select **Disconnect** and confirm. You can connect again later. |

## Troubleshooting

| What you see | What to do |
| - | - |
| **Couldn't sign in to Uniconta.** | Check the username and password. Confirm the user has the Serverlogin add-on, is not the company owner, and does not use two-factor authentication. |
| **This user can't access any companies.** | Give the server user access to the company in Uniconta, then try again. |
| **This workspace already has a Uniconta connection.** | Open the Uniconta connection page to reconnect or disconnect. |
