# Integrations

> Connect Floral to your CRM, build your own integration, or ask for a new one.

Integrations connect Floral to the systems your team already uses. A CRM connection lets Floral use your customer history when it prepares briefings, and it saves approved meeting minutes on the right company in your CRM. Nobody has to copy anything across by hand.

Each guide explains what the integration does and walks you through the setup one step at a time. You do not need technical experience, but you need to be an organization administrator in Floral.

A workspace connects to one CRM at a time. If you connect a different CRM, it replaces the current connection, and Floral forgets which CRM record each company was linked to. Floral finds the companies again in the new CRM the next time it needs them.

## Build your own

## Request an integration

Is the system you use missing? Write to [support@floral.so](mailto:support@floral.so) and tell us:

* which system you want to connect,
* what you want Floral to read from it or send to it,
* how many people in your organization would use it.

We read every request, and they help us decide what to build next.

<Warning>
  Never send passwords, API keys, or tokens by email. Enter them only in the setup form in Floral.
</Warning>

## Before you connect a CRM

<Steps>
  <Step title="Check your access">
    Only an organization administrator can set up, change, or disconnect a CRM connection. Ask an administrator if you cannot save the settings.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find the CRM settings">
    In Floral, open **Settings > CRM connections**. You can also open **Settings > Sources** and choose the **CRM-forbindelser** tab. Select the CRM you want to connect.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Follow the guide for your CRM">
    Each guide lists what to prepare in your CRM before you start, such as an access key or the name of a field.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Test with one meeting">
    Approve the minutes from one known customer meeting and check that they arrive on the right company in your CRM before the whole team relies on the connection.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Connection status

The CRM settings page shows the status of each CRM:

| Status              | What it means                                                                                                           |
| ------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Forbundet** | The connection is working. |
| **Kræver handling** | The last sync failed. Open the CRM to see the error under **Seneste fejl**, fix the cause, and save the settings again. |
| **Ikke forbundet** | This CRM is not connected to the workspace. |

Some CRM settings screens still show Danish labels when your account language is English. The guides quote the labels exactly as you see them.
